As part of the Fellowship "Innovations in University Teaching" the Chair for Software Engineering of Prof. Dr. Volker Gruhn has implemented the mobile microlearning platform clavis. It will support students of the master's degree “Applied Computer Science/Systems Engineering” in self-directed learning.
The Master program "Applied Computer Science/Systems Engineering" is project-oriented, i.e. students learn technical and non-technical competences in project groups. In the multimedia toolbox of clavis, the necessary knowledge can now be compiled in the form of microlearning units and can be accessed online. Students thus can retrieve the knowledge they need ad hoc, independent of time and place.
